Safety Rules:
> Be aware of your surroundings. Use your brain.
> Youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
> Stand with your feet just behind the shooting line while shooting.
> Do not shoot diagonally across the range towards a target. No high draws.
> Always draw the bow pointed toward the target, with or without arrows.
> Never dry-fire a bow (let go of the string without an arrow being knocked).
> Wait behind the shooting line until the signal ‘ALL CLEAR’ is given before collecting arrows.
> Three arrows is the standard number for an end, if time permits more may be shot but do not
hold up other shooters
> You must clean up after yourself - pick up all debris.
> Spectators are not permitted to shoot or use any Barn equipment and must remain behind the
shooting line.
> When using Barn equipment, respect it and treat it as if it was your own.
> Be respectful of shooters on the shooting line.
> Be respectful of other archer’s equipment and never handle another archer’s equipment
without permission.
> You must follow the range officer's instructions.
> If you are in a group, someone must ensure that 'The Barn' safety rules are followed.
> Be patient with those teaching beginners and beginners shooting on their own. We all started
somewhere!
> Unauthorized use of the Barn is not permitted.
> Use the barn at your own risk.
